In this "Rectangle Twist" single sheet, here is what is included:
-one sheet of blank labels 
-color coded to represent the seven (7) days of the week
-3 of the same color label for your own use
-a total of 10 labels to freely write what you need to, to remember or describe what you are placing the label onto. 
 
Each label is approximately 2in (wide) x 1in (height) 
they are made of a elastic plastic material. 
These are not stickers, so they are reusable, removable, and have no sticky residue at all. 
They are dry erase marker compatible.
